And so we created SoWeGrow.

I want to help home gardeners grow a thriving home garden,

and to harvest all its benefits.

Why listen to us?

I’m Nasser Rego, founder of two pioneer market garden farms in Palestine. A market garden is a small-scale, biointensive farm, similar to a home garden, but set-up to sell its produce to families and restaurants.

Together with Leonard Rego, a media and technology entrepreneur, who is also passionate about healthy living, we want to change lives one garden at a time.

I’ll show you how it’s possible to grow beautiful vegetables using just seeds, soil and the right knowledge.
